2009 INA Finalists

From the list of books eligible for the 2009 INA award I have picked two finalists. Bonnie Kozek’s Threshold, the hardboiled tale of skid-row life and Shooting an Albatross by Steven R. Lundin, the story of revenge that takes a lifetime to come to pass. Both are very strong books. But which will walk away with the award?
